  • As we continue our 2023-2024 emphasis on loving God with all our hearts, souls, minds, and strength, we’ll shift our attention the book of Ephesians. The city of Ephesus had been a major seaport and religious center in the ancient world. It was one of Paul’s stops on his second and third missionary journeys, the location of Timothy’s ministry, and the first of seven churches mentioned in Revelation. Our first series of messages from Ephesians will focus on Ephesians 1:1-14 and remind us that followers of Jesus are chosen, adopted, accepted, saved, and sealed.

  • The book of Revelation has been a hard one for generations of Christians to grasp, and yet there are two points that are absolutely clear.  One is that everything that's wrong will someday be set right under the lordship of Jesus Christ.  The other is that his followers must remain fully committed to him as we wait.    Revelation 2-3 contains letters to seven ancient churches toward that end, and we’ll look at each in turn as we prepare to celebrate Easter this year.
