• Dale Durie

    Interim Lead Pastor

    In 2027, Dale and his wife Judy will have been married for 40 years. They have three adult children, two of whom are married, and three grandchildren.


    Dale grew up in a variety of places but came to Minnesota for college and has (mostly) lived in Minnesota since. He served for eight years as a pastor before becoming a professor for over twenty years. In addition to being an interim pastor, he is involved in advisory work for the Covenant Church, coaching and resourcing church planters, racial and ethnic reconciliation, and leadership development initiatives. 


    In his spare time, Dale enjoys time with friends and family, mountain biking, home improvement projects, and any excuse he can find to be in the mountains. 

  • Romel Dhar

    Worship Director

    Romel grew up in the northeastern region of India, a state called Nagaland. He now calls Minnesota home. At his young age he gave his heart to Jesus, and it changed his life forever. Romel is passionate about discipling and mentoring young worship leaders through the gift the Lord has blessed him with. He served Youth With A Mission (YWAM) for 7 years in the worship ministry and has since led worship at various churches and organizations across the world and in the twin cities metro area.  Romel joined the MGCC family on staff in the summer of 2022 and considers it a privilege to be able to serve this great community.  

     

    Romel is thankful for his daughter, Vivonuo, a 4th grader.  She is kind, beautiful, compassionate, and loves Jesus.  Romel in his free time, likes to hang out at a coffee shop, workout, and travel the world. 

  • Kendre Pust

    Administrative Assistant

    Kendre is a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities and brings a wealth of experience in church and non-profit administration to her role at MGCC. One of her first jobs out of college was working at the church she grew up in, where she discovered her deep passion for serving others and supporting the community.


    Kendre holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Rasmussen University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul. She enjoys ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, supporting the team, and helping the church flourish. Outside of work, Kendre is an avid Minnesota Lynx fan, loves watching sports, reading, cooking, attending local theater, and cherishing time with friends and family.
