"Holy Humiliation" Exodus 32:1-33:6 One of the saddest events ever has to be the making of the golden calf. It was a wholesale repudiation of God, all He'd done for them, and their own claim of complete obedience. It's also a reminder and warning to us that no one is immune and that God will not tolerate being treated with contempt.
