"It Takes a People" Exodus 18:1-27 Moses and his father-in-law seem to have had a solid relationship, but when Jethro visits Moses after the Exodus, he was disturbed. So, he gave Moses advice that was not only potentially lifesaving for Israel's leader, but possibly life-giving to the nation. It's a reminder that ministry is not simply for leaders, it's for all of us.
