“Being Vigilant” (Rev. 2:18-29). The letter to Thyatira is the longest of the seven letters in Revelation 2-3. It may also be the most intense. If the warning to Pergamum emphasized right belief, this letter focuses in on right actions. Like the others, there is a hopeful promise, but there is also a stern warning to Christians who do not take Jesus and his expectations seriously.
