“We Are Adopted.” Being someone’s son or daughter not only brings family identity, it often brings blessings, privileges, and even responsibilities that are unique to that family. The Apostle Paul says believers in Jesus are “adopted.” That gives us an identity that did not come naturally to us. It also gives us privileges and blessings we would never have otherwise.
