“The Meal That Unites” (I Corinthians 11:17-34). Christian discipleship is not a “solo sport”—neither is worship. Communion is a part of worship that unites us with believers in all places at all times. Since this is both All Saints’ Sunday and the Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church, we’ll also remember those whom we’ve lost over the last year and offer prayers for Christians experiencing opposition and suffering in other parts of the world.
